AloudSaver (“we”, “us”) provides a Chrome extension that lets you download AI read-aloud audio you have already listened to on ChatGPT or Gemini.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we store your email address and a user ID so we can recognise your account, your plan, and your remaining daily quota. Sign-in is handled by Supabase; we never see your Google password.
- Plan and quota status. Whether your plan is Free or Pro, which Pro interval you hold (monthly, 6-month, yearly), and when it expires.
- Payment information, handled by Paddle, not by us. Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases. Card details, billing address, and tax information go directly to Paddle. We never receive, process, or store your card number. We only receive the subscription status Paddle reports (active, cancelled, refunded) so we can grant or remove Pro access.
- What we do NOT collect. The audio you download is saved directly to your own device. We do not receive, store, or listen to your downloaded audio, and we do not read the content of your ChatGPT or Gemini conversations. The extension runs locally in your browser; only account, plan, and quota checks contact our servers.
How we use your information
Only to run the service: sign you in, enforce the Free daily limit (5 downloads per day), grant Pro access after a successful payment, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and website analytics
This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The extension and this site use only the local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
Data retention and deletion
Your account row (email, plan, quota) is kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to [email protected]; deletion removes your plan and quota records. Paddle keeps its own transaction records under its own policy, which we cannot delete for you.
